If Joe Biden’s mental decline wasn’t obvious to you before (Have you been living under a rock?) it should be totally apparent now.
On Monday, the cognitively deficient President Joe Biden appeared before reporters to discuss an ongoing military conflict between Ukraine and Russia. Joe refused to be forthcoming and even appeared confused as reporters bombarded the 79-year-old commander in chief with a barrage of questions.
His confusion was on full display when Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked Biden about administration officials walking back certain inflammatory statements regarding regime change in Russia, which he claimed never happened.
Biden seemed completely unaware that his officials were busy doing damage control over the weekend after a series of gaffes were made regarding foreign policy in Europe.
During a public address in Poland, Biden referred to Putin as “a butcher” before calling for a total regime change in Russia.
"For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power."

The confused commander in chief was asked to clarify his statements on Monday, claiming he was merely “expressing his outrage” about Putin’s actions in Ukraine, not calling for a regime change.
"If saying he cannot remain in power does not mean regime change, what does it mean?"
Joe Biden (US President):
I was expressing my outrage, he shouldn't remain in power, but it doesn't mean we have a fundamental policy to do anything to take Putin down in anyway. pic.twitter.com/j3sbqoUUqZ— Izwe Lethu (@LandNoli) March 29, 2022
Then there was the time Biden informed U.S. troops in Poland that a chemical attack against Russia was on the table and they should be prepared to enter Ukraine. Previously Biden vowed never to send U.S. troops into Ukraine…
Crazy stuff.
After Biden’s inflammatory malapropisms went viral, his administration officials scrambled to do damage control. Secretary of State Antony Blinken appeared on multiple TV networks to clarify Biden’s stance, saying regime change was off the table. Psaki, who was stuck at home with the Wuhan Flu, rushed to put out a statement as well.
Meanwhile, Biden appears unaware that his surrogates were busy cleaning up his mess
“What’s getting walked back?” Joe Biden asked after Doocy challenged him on these incendiary statements.
“Just in the last couple days … it sounded like you told troops they were going to Ukraine, it sounded like you said it was possible the U.S. would use a chemical weapon, and it sounded like you were calling for regime change in Russia, and we know …” Doocy said before Biden interrupted.
The president interjected, denying that had happened at all, “None of the three occurred.”
“None of the three occurred?” Doocy asked.
You can watch the entire exchange here:
Doocy: "The big things you say on the world stage keep getting walked back."
Biden: "What's getting walked backed?"
Biden: You told troops they are going to Ukraine, the U.S. would use a chemical weapon, and called for regime change in Russia.

If you’ve ever argued with your grandfather, this is exactly what it’s like: all the confidence in the world but generally confused about the goings on around them.
This is the man who is heralded as the “leader of the free world.”
If so, we are in deep trouble.
