SCOTUS Leak: Chaos Ensues After Roe v. Wade Decision Circulates

We’re treading in unprecedented waters here.

Never before in the history of the Supreme Court of the United States has a legal decision leaked prematurely as a way to sow chaos before an official ruling is handed down.

Whoever is responsible for this leak, whichever disgruntled liberal legal clerk handed over the information to mainstream media, should not only lose their jobs but should be charged with inciting a riot.

According to inside information obtained by Politico, the Supreme Court is days away from announcing its decision to undo the landmark 1973 decision of Roe v. Wade — a ruling that paved the way for all access to abortion.

The leaked document is for the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which references previous rulings on the abortion issue, such as Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992) and, of course, Roe v. Wade.

A majority ruling asserted that “the authority to regulate abortion must be returned to the people and their elected representatives,” according to the leaked document. Justice Samuel Alito, a conservative, said in the opinion that “We [the Court] hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled.”

A leak such as this is not only unprecedented, it’s a dangerous and vile attempt to force Congress to act ahead of the 2022 midterm elections. No draft decision in the contemporary history of the court has been revealed while a case is still pending a ruling.

As a result of the leak, protestors on both sides of the abortion debate have begun forming crowds outside the Supreme Court building. By Monday night dozens of people showed up to either show their gratitude or protest the likely ruling. Police barricades were erected to handle potential riot behavior as liberals have openly called for insurrection on social media.

The leaked draft did not include any documented dissent from the three Democratic-appointed justices on the high court. This is actually very telling as it reveals a key fact about the leaker.

Obviously whoever turned over the document to Politico did so in order to create massive hysteria whereby forcing Congress to act on a.) expanding the Supreme Court b.) abolishing the filibuster c.) codifying all-access abortion through federal legislation.

And wouldn’t you know, this is precisely what’s happened as leftwing lawmakers begin to signal their willingness to hastily pass legislation legalizing all-access abortion, regardless of the final SCOTUS decision.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, who is a vehement pro-abortion activist, wasted no time in urging Congress to act.

Hillary Clinton, also an enthusiastic killer of unborn children, expressed her disgust after the court document leaked.

Meanwhile, the leaked draft is by no means a final decision on Roe v. Wade – or anything other cases – and Justices can change their vote between now and in the next months when the holding was to be published.

Whoever leaked this draft did so with the express purpose of creating a level of chaos perhaps this country has never seen. The online vitriol surrounding this bombshell is explosive, to say the least.

If SCOTUS wants to maintain any semblance of credibility, they must move forward with their initial decision as revealed in the leaked draft. By bowing to the leftwing mob, Justices will be doing a grave disservice to the court’s decorum and thus essentially rendering the entire body a useless, partisan relic of America’s past.

Can you imagine how awful Zelensky feels knowing the war in Ukraine is officially old news?
