Democrat Governor Responsible For Homeless Epidemic Joins Truth Social

The beauty of free speech is that it serves as a great equalizer — and not superficial examples of equality based on race, gender, or sexual orientation which progressives obsess over.

It’s a totally individualistic idea as it grants a person the unalienable right to use words that form ideas, that inform, shock, teach, soothe, etc. Without the right to free speech, left-wing tyrannical governments would wreak havoc on conservatives, libertarians, and any independently-minded political thinker.

We can clearly witness the beginning stages of a political movement that seeks to abolish basic freedoms as they work tirelessly to dilute the English language as it stands. Words just don’t mean what they used to, and certain definitions are being erased solely for political reasons.

For example, ask a progressive leftist: “What’s a woman?”

Watch as they squirm, unable to deliver a succinct definition for a very basic English word.

Meanwhile, California Governor Gavin Newsom – arguably the most progressive governor in the United States – is feeling that sweet rush of freedom after joining a conservative-friendly social media platform.

The Democrat governor, whose state resembles that of a third-world country, recently joined Truth Social, the social media platform created by Donald Trump.

Newsom joined Truth Social as a way to troll its conservative users over what he calls a  “red state murder problem.”

The California Governor’s argument, as flimsy as ever, is that “eight of the top ten states with the highest murder rates happen to be red.” His comments come as many Republicans, conservatives, or average citizens point out the drastic quality of life problem in cities run by Democrats.

What Newsom fails to realize (or is just ignoring for political reasons) is that red states don’t have a murder problem, it’s Democrat-controlled cities within these red states that have a murder problem.

For example, St. Louis is a city completely controlled by Democrats in every aspect of government. However, the state of Missouri is technically a “red state” as it’s controlled on an executive level by Republicans.

Is Newsom suggesting we abolish the separation of powers?

Now let’s take California, a deep blue stronghold, and the state Newsom is responsible for.

California’s major cities – Los Angeles, San Francisco, etc. – are facing a homeless epidemic and massive crime wave, unlike anything the state has seen since the early 80s. That’s a fact.

However, within California are pockets of Republican-controlled smaller cities, like Newport Beach, that boast a high conservative population. The difference? Crime in Newport Beach is almost non-existent, homelessness is only an issue because it spills over from Los Angeles, and it’s generally a nicer, less expensive place to live.

What Gov. Newsom is doing is political hackery and deliberate semantics tricks used to discredit Republican concerns over the massive crime and homelessness sweeping across America’s most liberal cities.
