It’s not that the Biden administration can’t secure the US-Mexico border, they certainly can. But when you’re beholden to the globalist left who insists that America became a borderless blob of bureaucracy and regulation, it becomes top priority to import as many faceless immigrants as possible.
Not to mention the rate at which the Democrat Party is hemorrhaging supporters, so an invasion of illegal aliens from third-world nations is merely a way to replenish their voter base.
Meanwhile, this is all being done under the guise of ‘human rights’ and ‘equality/equity’ in total repudiation of Trump-era immigration policies that actually produced results.
To expect the Biden administration to act on border security would be a major contradiction, like expecting a lion to behave like a lamb. Why would they correct a tragedy they themselves created for an intended purpose?
Due to the failure of the federal government to secure the US-Mexico border, state officials in Texas have decided to do something about it.
County officials in several towns around Texas have declared an ‘invasion’ on the border on Monday, according to a spokesman for Kinney County officials.
The judges, mayors, attorneys and sheriffs in Uvalde, Kinney and Goliad counties are set to urge Texas Gov. Greg Abbott to join them, but the governor is not yet involved in the effort, according to a Texas county spokesman.
Whether Democrats like it or not, states are granted express rights in the U.S. Constitution that the federal government cannot overturn. One of those rights in Article IV, Section 4 grants states the right to protect themselves from an invasion.
It states:
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
According to the Constitution, states are then allowed to declare war against said “invasion” without express approval from the federal government.
Former Trump administration officials are dead-center in this bold move to stop Biden’s illegal invasion of migrants.
Working with the Center for Renewing America, a conservative organization led by Russ Vought and Ken Cuccinelli, released a statement celebrating the invasion declaration.
“For the first time in U.S. history, several counties in Texas, outside of Congress, have declared an invasion–a Constitutional solution we have been advocating for over a year.”

Texas Rep. Chip Roy has joined forces with the Center for Renewing America and joined them during a press conference on Monday.
"We should declare an INVASION. We should, as Texas, turn people AWAY, and do what is necessary to secure our communities."

The ‘invasion’ declaration comes after the Biden administration allowed 53 migrants to die horrific deaths thanks to their open border policies. Human traffickers have never been more emboldened to make the northward journey, and, according to sources, business is booming.
